Without hiring anyone else.

I build automations that take over the work eating your day. Manual tasks start running on their own. You get the time back, and the business grows without adding headcount.

A task that eats 4h a day costs you almost half a salary a year in work a system could do on its own. The question isn't whether it can be automated. It's how much doing it by hand keeps costing you.

Fixed price. You know the cost before we start.

You don't need more people.
You need a better system.

Most businesses hire to patch holes a well-built system would close for good. Here are a few I've built. Hover over them to see them work.

Fixed price. Zero surprises.

We agree the price before I touch a line of code. No hourly invoice creeping up, no 'turns out it costs more'. You know exactly what it costs and what you get.

Leave the call with a plan, or you owe me nothing.

If, in the diagnostic, I don't show you at least one task you can automate and how much it saves, I'll still send you a playbook with the next steps. You spend 20 minutes; worst case, you come out ahead.

Questions before the call.

Every project has a fixed price, agreed up front, so you know the cost before I start. And most systems I build pay for themselves within the first few months, just from the time they free up. On the call I'll give you the number for your specific case.

The first system is usually up and running in 2 to 4 weeks, not months. I show progress early; I don't disappear and resurface on delivery day.

Almost always the problem wasn't the tool, it was the lack of a system designed around it. I map the process first and only then pick the technology. That's the difference between an automation that holds up and one that breaks at the first exception.

Automation takes away the boring, repetitive work, not the job. I hand it over with people understanding how to use the system, for them, not over them.

No. I deliver it working and documented, all in tools you control. If you want ongoing support, it's an option, never a requirement for the system to keep running.

It's for you if…
  • You already have a business running and repetitive tasks eating your hours.
  • You want to grow without hiring for every new problem.
  • You value a system that stays yours, not dependent on me.
It's not for you if…
  • You only want the cheapest option, whatever it costs in quality.
  • You want hands for odd tasks, with no thought for the system.
  • You're not willing to change a process that no longer works.
